Swim Team FOR 2009!
The 2009 Swim Team season has now begun. Sign ups for the 2009 swim season will be on Saturday, April 25th, 2009 & Saturday, May 2, 2009 from 9:30am to 12:30pm. Swim Meets begin on Saturday, June 13th, 2009 with Time Trials. From May 4th to May 8th we will be accepting registrations in the Recreation Office with no late fee. Starting May 11th, a $10.00 non-refundable late fee will be added to each child’s registration. Please note there is also a $15.00 fee added to each family’s registration as a means of generating concession start up funds. Registration for this season will conclude on Satuday, June 27th at 12:30pm. Please remember to bring proof of age to all sports registrations.

Football FOR 2009!
Football practice begins at the beginning of August and the season runs to the first few weeks of November. Games begin in September. Registration for Fall 2009 begins in June. Sign ups for the 2009 season will be on Saturday, June 13th, Saturday July 11th & Saturday, July 18, 2009 from 9:30am to 12:30pm. From July 20th to July 24th we will be accepting registrations in the Recreation Office with no late fee. Starting July 25th, a $10.00 non-refundable late feel will be added to each child’s registration. Registration for this season will conclude on Friday, September 25th at 5:00pm. Please remember to bring proof of age to all sports registrations.
Basketball
The basketball program resumes this winter on December 1, 2009. The first two registration dates for this sport are Saturday, October 31, 2009 and Saturday, November 7, 2009 from 9:30am to 12:30pm at the Green Run Clubhouse. From November 9th to November 13 th we will be accepting registrations in the office without a late fee. Starting November 16th, a $10 non-refundable late fee will be added to each child’s registration. Registration for this season will conclude on Friday, January 22, 2010 at 5:00pm. Please remember to bring proof of age to all sports registrations.

YOUTH ACTIVITIES
Youth Christmas Party UPDATE!
Green Run Homes Association is hosting a Christmas for all children who reside within the Green Run community. The party is on December 5th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. Santa will be accompanied by his Elf helpers who are bringing along gifts and light refreshments for all to enjoy! The Recreation Office is no longer taking registrations for this event due to space limitations in the Clubhouse.

Family Fun Night
Why not join us once a month for a family fun night at the pool? Family Nights will resume next year. Keep in mind that space is limited for these events and you must pre-register.
