The Green Run Homes Association Information Booklet has been developed to provide members of the Association with an understanding of its organization and functions. It is informative in nature and is not intended to be all-inclusive nor to be considered an official source of all of the Association’s authority, regulations and procedures.

Important Numbers and Reference Sheet for GRHA Residents
This is a list of many of the important City and Community reference phone numbers. If you can’t find it on this list, give us a call at 427-2600.
Requests
This form should be submitted along with a Physical Survey of the lot, with the exact location of the project sketched on it along with plans and specifications detailing the nature, kind, shape, color and materials to be used.
Business Request Form UPDATED!
This form should be completed and submitted to Green Run Homes Association Business Office to get approval to conduct a business from your residence.
This form is used when an owner is going to sell a property. It is known as the Virginia Property Owners’ Association Act Disclosure Packet.
This form can be printed, filled out, and submitted to report any outstanding detriments in the community. Let us know if there are any issues and we’ll do what we can to correct them.
Bylaws and Regulations
A document filed with the Secretary of State or other appropriate state office by persons establishing a corporation. This was the first legal step in forming Green Run as a nonprofit corporation.
The Declaration is the document that was drafted by the developer to create Green Run in 1968. It sets forth the basic rights and responsibilities of the association and the members. It also sets forth the basic corporate structure for the association.
Amendments to Bylaws (Ratified 10/15/2005)
The bylaws expand on the Declaration to establish the legal and corporate structure of the association and authorizes the election of a board of directors to run the association on behalf of the members. The bylaws also define the authority, responsibilities, and election of the board of directors and officers. This authority includes the ability to create rules and regulations regarding the association and the homes and lots contained within the association.
Architectural Rules and Regulations
These are the rules and regulations to govern the maintenance, alteration, and use of homes and lots located within Green Run so that all members can enjoy the community. They were discussed and approved at the August 2007 Board of Directors meeting.
Pool Information
The guidelines for using the pool facilities. Each family should review these before coming to the pools. If you have any questions about a particular rule, feel free to ask the lifeguards on duty at the pools.
This is a copy of our current pool pass application. Feel free to print it off, fill it out, and bring it up to the Recreation Office to be issued pool passes. Pool passes are only for permanent residents of your household. Please note there is an area to indicate “Pick Up OR Mail Passes” but as of May 9th you can only receive passes from within the Recreation Office.
